The location here is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as the premium outlet, Palm Springs, and golf courses.

The hotel was fairly clean with favourable location in the best neighborhood and nicely furnished rooms. We enjoyed rooms with a walk-in shower. Location: the property was just next door to premium outlet, and the Coachella valley.

Accommodations had just been refurbished & items were not fixed or replaced. The dead bolt to the connecting door of the room next door was missing. The toilet water ran off & on, as the flapper needed to be replaced. The bedspread had a burn hole in it & should have been replaced.

We did not enjoy our stay last night. The hotel is very close to train tracks and trains ran all night keeping us awake.

The hotel has recently been remodelled and the room was big enough and relatively clean. Only had a shower - no bath. Price was very reasonable and staff was cheerful and helpful. For the price, it was perfectly acceptable for a brief stay.

Carpet was dirty and sticky. Location near the highway and train tracks means there are a lot of sirens and train whistles, which could be disturbing for some. It was difficult to tell if there had been any maid service as the bed was not made and shower supplies were not replaced.

One negative aspect to consider is the frequency of passing trains. Although the hotel is not affected by freeway traffic or train noise, the train horns can be annoying and loud.
